Exploring National Identity
In this increasingly globalised society, with the rise of seemingly 'national' discourse, what is the national identity that our countries will carry forward and present to the world? We plan to ground the discussion of our conference sessions in issues pertaining to national identity in different aspects of societal development. Through our theme this year, Exploring National Identity, we hope to break down the concept of national identity, and what it truly means to be ‘British’, ‘Japanese’ or a member of any ‘nation’.
